Wisconsin DNR is asking people to join the effort to record observations about deer over the next several weeks.
DNR biologists annually look to record the ratio of does-to-fawns and also look to track the number of bucks. The data gives insight as to the productivity of the herd. It also helps the counties develop deer management strategies.
