An Eau Claire mom and dad are looking at charges after police say their kids tested positive for meth and marijuana.
Prosecutors filed child neglect charges yesterday against 29-year-old Teresa Grassel and 28-year-old Tyler Zais. Police say the two smoked marijuana and meth while their six-year-old and two-year-old children were at home with them. Doctors told police both children have developmental issues, possibly caused by drug use at home.
