La Crosse’s acting police chief is once again asking why a repeat offender is out of jail after his latest arrest.
Chief Rob Abraham asked La Crosse County’s new Criminal Justice Management Council to explain why a drug dealing suspect got a signature bond after police found him with nearly a quarter pound of meth on Wednesday. Abraham has been critical of La Crosse County’s judges in the past, but says this is an issue where Wisconsin lawmakers may need to get involved.
