Former La Crosse Police Chief Ron Tischer is officially off the job.
Yesterday was Tischer’s last day as chief and he received recognition from the city including a key to the city. Tischer served seven years as chief. He’s moving to Payson, Arizona to become the police chief there at the end of the month.
