Two Sauk County residents are planning to breed dogs for medical research.
A county committee approved a conditional use permit last night so Jill and Clinton Kane can operate the kennel. The Kanes were originally denied a permit for the business last month but that decision was overturned unanimously last night. The Kanes must follow guidelines from the Land Resources and Environmental Committee to keep their permit.
