Wisconsin’s Supreme Court will decide two cases that could help define when someone is truly dangerous.

The court last week announced it will take three cases under review.  Two of the cases, one from Marathon County and the other from Langlade County, deal with the question of when someone can be declared dangerous by the court.  The third case focuses on an insurance case out of Burnett County.  The court declined to review about three dozen other cases from around the state.
