A Chippewa County man is heading to prison for more than a decade for abusing a 10-year-old boy in an Eau Claire bathroom last year.
A judge yesterday sentenced Derrik Sheffield to 12-years in prison. The judge also ordered Sheffield to register as a sex offender for life, and to never have contact with anyone under 18 unless the court says its okay first.
