A 12-year-old boy is dead after drowning in a retention pond in northeast Wisconsin.
Family members identified the boy as Dylan Tapio. Reports say Tapio drowned while he and his brothers were releasing a turtle in Kaukauna Tuesday night. Police believe he was in the water for up to two hours before he was rescued.
