A Clark County man is going to prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a ten-year-old girl.
Reports say the victim told a school guidance counselor that Roth Schneider assaulted her. Schneider allegedly confessed to the crime, calling it a mistake. He was sentenced yesterday to four years in prison followed by six years of supervised release.
