Eau Claire County’s sheriff says it’s the largest cocaine bust he’s ever seen. Sheriff Ron Cramer says a tip last week lead deputies to a stash of 68 pounds of cocaine inside a trailer at the local Menards.
Prosecutors yesterday charged Samuel Serrano from California for having the drugs. Sheriff Cramer says they know where the drugs were headed, but aren’t releasing that information just yet. The sheriff says the drugs are worth at least three million-dollars.
