The University of Wisconsin-Stout is approving a plan to start an all new e-sports team.
Reports say the university plans to join the National Association of Collegiate E-sports by the fall of 2020. A student on the e-sports committee says the school plans to update a computer lab with new equipment so that it can also be used for e-sports and academics. UW-Stout will be the second university in Wisconsin to start an e-sports program.
