MAN GOING TO PRISON AFTER HOSTAGE HOME INVASION

A Horicon man is going to prison for being involved in a hostage home invasion in Eau Claire. 

Reports say Mikeal Doyal recently pleaded no contest to two counts of taking hostages and a count of armed burglary, plus two other counts from a separate case.  Doyal will spend five years in prison for the 2014 crimes.  Co-defendant Scott Ristow got 15 years and co-defendant Chelsea Stewart avoided a felony conviction.  Doyal was also fined over 25-hundred dollars and will have to spend five years on supervised release once he gets out of prison.
