Judge Brian Hagedorn is officially Wisconsin’s newest Supreme Court Justice.
Hagedorn says today Judge Lisa Neubauer called him to concede and offer her congratulations on his election victory and indicated she would not be pursuing a recount. Hagedorn thanked his supporters and said his job as a Justice is to say what the law is, not what the law should be.
