A high-profile Wisconsin inmate has a new address.
Brendan Dassey is serving a life sentence for the 2005 murder of freelance photographer Teresa Halbach. Dassey was doing time in the Columbia Correctional Institution, but was moved yesterday to the Oshkosh Correctional Institution. Columbia is a maximum-security prison, while Oshkosh is medium-security.
