Prosecutors in Marathon County are looking at animal cruelty charges against a 19-year-old who they say starved his father’s cows.
Deputies found the cows last week near a farm in Norrie. They then quickly arrested 19-year-old Joshua Litze. He was supposed to be caring for the cows, but investigators say he was intentionally starving them.
