“RUFF” RELATIONSHIP LEADS TO CHARGES FOR TEEN

An Eau Claire woman is accused of hitting cars in a parking lot because of a dispute over a dog.

A criminal complaint claims 20-year-old Kalika Mayer recently met with a 17-year-old girl and her dog in a pet store parking lot because Mayer said she missed her and the dog.

The teenager’s brother says he saw the two start to argue which led to Mayer ramming her car into three other cars before trying to take the teen’s dog.  Mayer is facing two charges related to the incident and could do up to five years in jail.
