The father of a missing toddler found dead in Minnesota is facing a million dollar bond.
Dariaz Higgins is accused of murder in the shooting and killing of the girl’s mother. Higgins faces intentional homicide, resisting an officer, and use of a dangerous weapon charges. He has not been charged in the death of two-year-old Noelani Robinson.
