Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes is headed back to Madison after a visit to Eau Claire.
Barnes joined several small business owners at Red’s Mercantile to hear about what it means to be a female small business owner. The group also discussed the impact of the Red Letter Grant, which provides female entrepreneurs across Western Wisconsin with start-up capital and networking opportunities.
