The City of Eau Claire is starting to clear packed snow out from in front of storm drains.
ity officials are urging residents to help clear the snow if they can for fear it could block the drains and cause flooding. The city says anyone who is concerned about their safety because of the blocked drains can call the city and workers will come clear them.
