TRIAL SET FOR MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING MKE OFFICER

A judge has set the trial for the man accused of killing Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner for July.

Jordan Fricke appeared in court twice yesterday morning. In his first appearance he waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He later appeared for arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty to three counts.  He was shackled in a wheelchair when rolled into the courtroom packed with more than 50 police officers.
