A La Crosse woman is in custody after being charged with her fourth OWI. The Wisconsin State Patrol says 31-year-old Ashley Gingrasso was in a disabled vehicle on Interstate-190 near mile marker ten yesterday when a trooper stopped to check on her.
The trooper says Gingrasso was slurring her speech and smelled of intoxicants and had a child in the car. In addition to her OWI charge, Gingrasso is also facing drug charges.
