Visit Eau Claire is helping people learn about the lawn game kubb. Dozens of people spent yesterday painting a king kubb at the Visit Eau Claire experience center. The king kubb is a larger wooden block placed in the middle of the pitch, where players throw wooden batons to try to knock down the blocks. Eau Claire hosts the U.S. National Championship kubb tournament with nearly 130 teams participating each summer.
