A man is facing child pornography charges in Eau Claire County following the results of an online investigation. Investigators say they were led to the house of 23-year-old Tommy Xiong in November after an investigation on a website for people who share child porn.
Police say Xiong admitted to having pornographic photos of underage kids on his laptop and was arrested. He’s due back in court this week.
