Police in Osseo are investigating a possible case of child abuse. The Police Department says it contacted the Trempealeau County Human Services Department on Monday about a child that was in the hospital that may have been shaken by its parents. The father Mitchel Feyen was arrested after an interview with police and is being charged with recklessly causing great bodily harm to a child.
