An Eau Claire man is accused of raping his ex-girlfriend and choking her at knife point.
The Leader-Telegram reports 26-year-old Alfonso Washington-Davis was charged in Eau Claire County yesterday with four felony counts including first-degree sexual assault with a dangerous weapon. Police say the victim claims Washington-Davis broke into her house early Sunday morning, assaulted her and threatened to kill her, then left.
He is facing up to 55 years in prison.
