Questions on the Eau Claire County ballot dealing with legalizing marijuana and non-partisan redistricting are projected to pass.
The majority of voters cast ballots for the legal adult use of cannabis, while about 30 percent thought it should be legal for medical use. Only 15 percent thought it should remain illegal. An overwhelming majority of voters were for a plan to create a nonpartisan procedure to create legislative and congressional redistricting plans.
