A 37 year old Rice Lake man was taken into custody on drug charges. It started during a traffic stop last week. Luke Libner was taken into custody on possession of meth charges and will be charged in Polk County. Libner was in possession of 4 ounces of meth which has a street value of about $5000.00.
A search of his property turned up other drug items as well and Burnette County arrested two people at this location for various drug charges.
