UW STEM-MONEY UPGRADES

The UW-Madison Department of Chemistry building is undergoing renovations.  The university plans to invest 133-million-dollars to revamp the building at University Avenue and Mills Street.

Officials say the change is needed to accommodate for an uptick in STEM courses.  The project will reportedly include two large lecture rooms, a new library and four floors of undergraduate instructional labs.
