Eau Claire County is looking cut the number of repeat visitors to the county jail. The county board is set to vote tonight (Tuesday) on a grant that would allow Eau Claire County to hire a social worker to focus on jail recidivism. The sheriff says 175 people have been to jail five times or more since just 2014.
