The fourth annual Born to Shine prom took place in the Chippewa Valley. The event was held on Saturday at the Eau Claire Event District. Students with special needs had their night to go to prom. Students got to be pampered before going to the event. The event included a red carpet show where students got to walk down and show off their tuxedos or dresses. The Public Service Commission and Department of Administration are encouraging electric and natural gas customers with outstanding bills to contact their providers. They may be able to make a payment arrangement. The moratorium runs from November through April 15th and prohibits utility providers from disconnecting heating services if a customer hasn’t paid.
