Police say he was riding in the UTV that hit and seriously injured a woman back on February 4th. A second suspect, 22 year old Mitchell McKittrick, was arrested at the time of the crash.

A senate committee is set to vote on the proposals from The Speaker’s task Force on Human Trafficking.
