Wisconsin is one of the most independent states in the country. A new report from WalletHub compares all 50 states based on residents’ credit scores, median household incomes, and unemployment rates. Wisconsin ranks ninth for being the most independent, with Utah and Colorado at the top of the list. Louisiana and Kentucky rank least independent.

Police were pursuing the rider — identified as 46-year-old Vincent Larsen — after they say they spotted him entering the community at a high rate of speed. After losing sight of the motorcycle, authorities later found Larsen crashed near Emplify St. Joseph’s Hospital. The incident remains under investigation.

Authorities say that Miteshkumar Chaudhari was involved in a scam in which the victim was financially exploited via fraudulent threats delivered by phone, email and text.
