Alex Fernando Saltos Ona, 29 years of age, from Hudson, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with one child in the vehicle under the age of 16. A Wisconsin State Trooper conducted a traffic stop for moving violations. During initial contact with the driver, signs of impairment were present.
