No one is saying how many workers at the Leinenkugel brewery in Chippewa Falls will lose their jobs when the brewery closes, but lives will be affected after a business move was announced. Molson Coors, which owns the Leinie’s brand, yesterday said it is closing the historic brewery in Chippewa Falls, and moving beer production to Milwaukee. The company says they are looking to ‘centralize’ brewing in Milwaukee.

Michael Crouse has been on Wisconsin’s sex offender registry since his 2004 conviction for child sexual assault. Van Orden will represent the Third Congressional District in Washington D.C. The district includes Eau Claire, Dunn, Trempeleau, and La Crosse Counties. Redrawn maps expanded the district into parts of central Wisconsin.
