An arrest was made after an employee stole nearly $20-THOUSAND dollars. County Administrator Kathryn Schauf announced the arrest after a criminal investigation identified the theft suspect as a temporary worker hired by an outside staffing agency. Investigators arrested 49 year old Susan O’Conner for felony theft after they say she stole almost twenty thousand dollars through check fraud. The county expects to make a full recovery of the funds.
