An Elkhorn man is getting a new kidney thanks to a post that went viral on Twitter. The Journal Sentinel reports Lenny Zweig was pictured at a Brewers game back in April with a t-shirt asking people to share their spare kidney. Since then, the post has been shared over 18-thousand times and resulted in the pairing of Zweig with Emily Nowak who is donating one of her kidneys to save his life.
