A Pierce County deputy may not get his job back even after a jury found him not guilty of child sexual assault. Pierce County’s sheriff says Deputy Allen Wojcik will stay on leave as the department conducts an internal investigation into his conduct. A jury on Monday found him not guilty of assaulting a girl as young as 12 for more than a year. It took the jury less than an hour to return their verdict.
