A former Wisconsin state representative has passed away. Reports say Ed Brooks recently died at the age of 76. Brooks was a longtime dairy farmer and served several terms in the Legislature over the course of ten years. Brooks’ funeral will take place at Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rock Springs at eleven o’clock Monday morning.
