Jordy Nelson is coming back to Green Bay to end his career. Nelson yesterday said he’ll sign a one day contract with the Packers so he can retire with the team in August. Nelson played ten seasons with the Packers before heading to the Oakland Raiders last season.

A news release says the man went underwater during the swim portion of the event around 7:45 yesterday morning and had to be pulled to shore by rescue workers. Police say the man died at Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital while rescuers were trying to resuscitate him. It’s believed a medical event happened before the man went under the water.

The sheriff’s department says Michael Long was on Highway 35 in the Town of Bergen Saturday night when he hit the dog, causing him to be thrown from his bike. Long was pronounced dead at the scene. The two were arrested after the search. Pillado-Silgado is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday and Cart is scheduled to appear next month.
