A woman attacked her attorney during her preliminary hearing in Fond du Lac on Friday. Taylor Schabusiness’ hearing was over her alleged attack on a sergeant at Taycheedah Correctional Institution. She is serving life in prison for dismembering a man in 2022. Schabusiness’s attorney filed a motion to withdraw from her case. She also attacked her other attorney during the homicide case.

Funding for the project will come from the fair’s revenue fund. Renovations are expected to be finished by early July, and the fair opens on July 31.

Day is accused of abducting Franklin, who’s currently pregnant with his baby. The two have a no-contact order. Deputies located them and took Day into custody. Franklin is awaiting re-unification with her family.
