La Crosse parks managers say they don’t tolerate hate, but they can’t have anti-hate signs up in the parks and say no to others. Read MoreWisconsin’s unemployment rate continues to tick higher. The latest report from the state’s jobs agency shows that the jobless rate in Wisconsin hit three-point-percent last month. That’s the fourth straight month that the unemployment rate increased under Governor Evers. One of the reasons is the drop in manufacturing jobs. Manufacturing lost 68-hundred jobs between September of 2018 and September of 2019.

Vitamin E acetate is used in skincare products but it appears to be harmful when used in vaping oils. Doctor John Meiman says recent samples in Wisconsin did reveal from traces to substantial amounts of the chemical. Some health officials believe the chemical is to blame for the 13-hundred vaping illnesses nationwide and 76 cases in Wisconsin.
