Read MoreThe Wisconsin Supreme Court is going to hear arguments in the state’s voter purge lawsuit. The Court yesterday agreed to hear arguments in the case. This is the case that dates back to last year when the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty sued to have the Wisconsin Election Commission order local election managers to purge their voter rolls as is required by state law. The court will take up the case likely sometime in August.

Read MoreThe suspect in Eau Claire’s Memorial Day shooting is sitting in jail on 50 thousand-dollars bond. Prosecutors yesterday filed formal charges against Kyle Baker. Police say he shot someone he knew during a fight on Memorial Day. Baker is facing weapons and reckless injury charges. He was supposed to be in jail in Rusk County, but was let out because of the coronavirus earlier this spring.
