Aspirus Health Care bought the 22-acre plot of land yesterday and says ground will break on the new facility in the spring. It’ll be built on Chippewa Crossing Boulevard near the Seymour Cray Sr. intersection. The hospital will offer primary and inpatient care, along with emergency and basic lab services. The teen says she would give him and his friends alcohol and marijuana. She’s facing more than a dozen charges for the accusations. The victims says her husband, Joshua Whiting, was aware of the relationship. He’s facing one charge.
