The week of December 14th is expected to be the peak time for mailing or shipping packages in time for Christmas delivery. Wisconsin officials with the United States Postal Service recommend a shipping date for first class mail of December 18th. In some areas the postal service is expanding Sunday deliveries. And for a fee, letter carriers will be delivering Priority Mail express packages on Christmas Day.
