Eau Claire Stabbing Case Turns to Homicide Investigation

We have an update on the stabbing incident that took place in Eau Claire in the early hours of Thanksgiving morning. Village of Bruce Issues Water Warning

Anyone living in the Village of Bruce is being asked to avoid drinking the tap water. On Facebook, community leaders posted a warning telling residents the drinking water is contaminated. They say residents can still use tap water for washing, cleaning, and laundry, but people should only drink bottled water. The Bruce Village Board Utility Committee is meeting tomorrow to decide its next steps.

Milwaukee Addresses Missing Ballots

 There are 65 ballots that have gone missing in Milwaukee, and election managers say that cannot happen again. Milwaukee Election Commission Director Claire Woodall-Vogg yesterday promised changes in how the county collects and counts ballots. It comes after poll workers found nearly 400 un-opened and uncounted ballots during the city’s recount. Woodall-Vogg says she doesn’t know what happened to the 65 missing ballots.

Latest Election Lawsuit in WI Comes from Texas

Governor Tony Evers is on the clock to respond to a complaint from one of the members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Republican Commissioner Dean Knudson filed the complaint Monday. Knudson says Governor Evers broke state law by certifying the state’s election results before the Trump campaign had a chance to challenge those results.
