The state Department of Natural Resources says Baltimore orioles, ruby-throated hummingbirds, rose-breasted grosbeaks, indigo buntings, and scarlet tanagers, are making a return. They’ve been mostly visible in the southern half of the state, so far. The department says several species of bird are making their way back to Wisconsin for the summer.
