A long-debated issue is struck down by the state’s High Court. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled unanimously today that drawing blood samples from suspected drunk drivers without a warrant is unconstitutional. The City parks, recreation, and forestry department is planting the trees as part of a public improvement project and rebate program for residents.
