HyVee is removing self-checkouts from several stores. The Des Moines-based grocer didn’t provide a list of locations where self-checkouts will be taken out but says the goal is to increase face-to-face interaction with customers. Two Iowa women were recently charged with theft for mis-scanning items on several occasions at multiple HyVee locations.

Authorities say Morales was drunk when he crashed into a man working a road surfacing machine on I-90 last week. That same crash saw Morales hit a semi truck as well.
