The governor today said the maps he’s submitting are an improvement from the current gerrymandered maps and the Republican map which he vetoed last month. The court has mandated the governor and legislative Republicans submit legislative maps that offer the least change. The governor says just over 14-percent of Wisconsinites will move to a new Assembly District under his map guidelines.
