More restrictions are being put in place to prevent the spread of bird flu in Jefferson County. This Wisconsin Department Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection is monitoring all poultry production facilities within six miles of the original infected facility for the virus. The department is also banning birds from all Jefferson County agriculture events until at least the end of May.
